FALL back into it! 🍂

As we slip back into fall and all that come with it can be a challenge to those swimsuit workout vibes post summer. That's ok! Give yourself some grace, take a break and get ready to "Fall back into it!" I am bringing you a 21 day fitness challenge to get you back in the swing of things for fall. 

Here are the rules: 

  • Workout Mon- Fri
  • Weekends are for "Active" Rest (Yoga, Walking, Jogging, Deep Stretching)
  • Eat Clean
  • NO Alcohol, Drink Water!!
  • Pick a self-Improvement goal to complete for the next 21 days (reading, meditating, etc.)
  • Take a picture before & after
