"I am so excited for my order, when will it be shipped?"

~ Orders are mailed out between 1-3 business days Monday- Friday

"So when will I receive my order?"

~ It depends on the shipping method you select at checkout. We ship our packages via USPS or UPS within the USA only at this time. Typical delivery times are between 2-10 days.

"Do you accept returns or exchanges?"

~ Sorry at this time we are not accepting returns; we will however work with you as the customer to resolve any issues as best as we can.

"What do I do if I never received my order?"

~Please first contact USPS with your tracking number to find out what may of happened with your delivery. Although Fine Gang Apparel is not responsible for the delivery of your package we will do what we can to help you resolve any issues. 

"What do I do if I received a defective order?"

~ Please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@finegang.com with your order number and explaining the defect. Please try to include photos.

"How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?"

~ Please contact us immediately by sending an email to info@finegang.com with your order number and explaining what change you'd like to make.

"Where are you located?"

~ Issaquah, Washington (State, not D.C.)

"How do I make sure I ordered the right size?'

~ Feel free to contact us or check the product description; each product has a size chart in the description.
